About Me and My Mission

Hi, I’m Beth — a Todd Durkin IMPACT Certified Life Coach, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and group fitness instructor. But fitness wasn’t always a part of my life. For years, I struggled with yo-yo dieting, body image issues, and the constant search for confidence. It wasn’t until my mid-30s, when my youngest child started grade school, that I decided it was time to find something for me. That "something" turned out to be the community I discovered at a local gym, where movement became my outlet and connection became my lifeline.What started as a personal challenge to teach one group fitness class before I turned 40 quickly evolved into a full-fledged career. Over the years, I’ve led countless classes, trained and mentored new instructors, and assumed studio management responsibilities. The most rewarding part has always been the deep, meaningful connections I’ve built with clients. Keeping You On Your Path

You’ll receive personalized guidance and practical strategies designed specifically for your needs. Whether we're working on mindset, personal growth, or life transitions, our sessions will focus on creating sustainable changes.You won't be going it alone. We’ll meet monthly for 55-minute sessions, either in person or video calls, to dive into your goals, challenges, and progress. (Month-to-month pricing based on your chosen number of sessions per month.) These personalized conversations will help you gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and stay on track.You’ll have access to a private, supportive WhatsApp Community, where we can stay connected between sessions.
